Berlin, 18 March 2009 – eleven, Germany’s leading provider of integrated e-mail security solutions, announced today that JF Sullivan has joined the management team of eleven as Vice President Marketing. Sullivan is responsible for developing and expanding the company’s global marketing activities. He draws on more than twenty years of IT marketing experience, particularly within the e-mail sector. With this appointment, eleven is launching a marketing drive with the aims of reinforcing its German market leadership in the area of e-mail security solutions for companies while extending its global market position in the ISP and carrier segment.

In his previous position, JF Sullivan performed a similar role at the US e-mail security provider Cloudmark, Inc. Prior to that, he held a number of senior marketing positions at companies such as the messaging provider Sendmail, Webraska Mobile Technologies, Netscape and Lotus. Sullivan is considered to be one of the world’s leading e-mail experts.
