Berlin, 12 January 2010 - As of 1 January 2010, Ludwig Lutter has joined the management team of eleven as the CFO.  He is responsible for all finance issues, including accounting and controlling, as well as the legal department.  eleven is a globally active e-mail security provider with headquarters in Berlin, Germany, and offices in San Francisco and Munich, Germany.  Over 30,000 companies worldwide use the e-mail security solutions by eleven.

Ludwig Lutter has 18 years of experience in financial management and investor relations with a focus on the IT sector.  Most recently, he served as CFO of Astaro AG, Europe's largest supplier of Unified Threat Management (UTM) solutions.  Prior to that he was CFO of the publicly traded Poet Holdings, a global provider of catalog platforms for B2B ecommerce and supplier relationship management.  Ludwig Lutter is a certified tax accountant and holds a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas.  He started his career in public accounting and tax consulting with KPMG and other public accounting firms.
