eleven has developed the entirely unique eXpurgate service, which provides companies with a means of categorizing e-mails, effectively protecting themselves from spam, and minimizing costs and risks in highly sensitive corporate areas.

In August 2002, a test phase of eXpurgate was started for business users, and the product was officially launched in 2003. Since September 2002, eleven has been offering the eXpurgate service to private users free of charge. This version is available at www.spamfence.net.

Today, eXpurgate is used by more than 45,000 companies worldwide, among them large international corporations as well as telecommunication and Internet service providers with several million e-mail accounts. Furthermore, a multitude of medium-sized businesses and organizations use eXpurgate to effectively protect themselves from unsolicited e-mails. On a single day, eXpurgate checks and categorizes up to 1 billion e-mails.

eleven’s clients include T-Online, freenet.de AG, RTL, the Association of German Banks, Tobit Software AG, and Wall AG. Among our channel partners are the anti-virus specialist Avira, as well as the communication server supplier godot.
