How It Works
Eleven Managed E-Mail Security works for customers as an upstream e-mail server. Incoming e-mails are first sent to the Eleven servers and checked there before being sent to the recipient, without any delay. A Web interface gives customers continuous control over individual e-mail categories. For example, spam can be rejected (reject mode), tagged and delivered, or forwarded to a central customer recipient address (e.g. spam@company.com). The Web interface also provides customers with comprehensive reporting features that display the latest spam levels, spam development as compared to other categories, or spam as a share of overall e-mail volume.
